Oh my! Now that is perfect timing. They really do stretch those wings to bring them up, I always assumed they just jumped lol,,, well focused and love those blue eyes

Such a beautiful bird and a beautiful photograph.
There is a few Eagles here in Kentucky but you have to be in the right place at the right time to see them.
I have a shot almost identical to this except mine is of an Ospray.
As usual you did a great job with this one!
