Pat,
A wonderful stop action picture of America's emblem Bald Eagle wings outstretched as it prepares to lift off from the driftwood tree stump. The light catching the sparkle in it's eye & the shine on it's yellow hocked beak while highlighting the shine & colours of it's plumage . The clear blue sky providing the perfect backdrop. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

This stretch is impressive. The bird looks as if she/he enjoys the exercise. Your photo is excellent focused and exposed and has good depth. The blue sky and the tall format are emphasizing the pose profoundly. The photo is expertly composed. The bird is perfect placed within the frame. The composition is balanced.

What perfect balance. Almost a ballet movement. The position and natural colours reflect outward an ambiance of nature. So well caught and focussed.... lovely.

This capture is outstanding. The definition on this bird is over-the-top. Perfectly focused and a 100% wow factor. Pat you have that wonderful eye for beauty and you know how to capture it. It is rumored that whenever you venture into your favorite areas with your camera, all the wild life know and respect you. If you listen carefully you can hear the chatter, "Pats back, Pats back, strike a pose." : ) Just a rumor. You never cease to amaze me. All the best and thanks for sharing. Ray

A very dynamic shot with outstretched wings on the eagle. Excellent sharpness.
The diagonal slant to the trees add interest. If only a few fluffy clouds to complete the look. Nice shot, thanks for sharing.

This needs a 10, as this picture is really super and at the perfect moment which is so super as this bird is flaying away, and you took it in the perfect section as this bird has such a high-flying pieces in black and the rest is a white body which is again outstanding, awesome created picture again, xoxo

Hi Pat!
That's a fine looking photo of this large raptor as it flexes it's powerful wings in preparation for soaring off into the air!
'Good Show',my friend!
