There are lots and lots of long.open roads in our southwestern states,
aren't there?
Many of them have a hypnotizing effect on unwary drivers who aren't used to such roadways. And many of them project a Lonely,almost Frightening kind of a tone which explains their popularity as 'scenic props' in many nineteen fifties vintage Science Fiction films and in 'cult classic' movies such as 'Vanishing Point' from 1971.
I'm enjoying your fine looking photo of this stretch of road a lot,Nikman!
It's another one that I'm rating as Outstanding! : D

Again a nice content picture and this is a dramatic shot again, lol, and it is certain that this is a long road, I have many times in my life found to travel on. This is an interesting landscape! I like the leading line of the black top road that gives this shot so much depth. The blue cloudy sky lend a dramatic air and your extremely fine focus shows all the wonderful details of the terrain. Well done, thanks for sharing!

Nice capture ! I like scenes with roads or paths, this is well photographed with good focus, this image is clear, exposure is correct, colors and tones appear natural. I love the diminishing perspective under the pretty blue sky with nice cloud detail .
