This a lovely mixture of blues that are intermingled. There is a good distribution of the two values, and it makes for a good coaster.
Best wishes.

This piece is not only functional but also an eye-catching piece of art that would make a great addition to any home decor. The artist's use of the pouring acrylic paint technique has resulted in a variety of blue shades that blend and mingle beautifully on the round wooden coaster. The movement of the coaster and blowing through a straw have created unique and abstract shapes that are both visually interesting and pleasing to the eye. The artist's choice of blues in different shades adds depth and interest to the image, while the wooden coaster provides a nice contrast to the bright colors of the paint.

This is really fun!!! The blues seem to glow in the dark!! The patterns and depth you created with these colours is very impressive. A real pleasure to view! Thanks for sharing

This should of been entered into the blue art contest. I love the colors and how they incorporate each other to form what I think looks like something from space, like a nebula. Nicely done.

Hi Suzanne, I love the mixtures of blue. This actually looks like a mask underwater. It sort of has a Pinocchio look to it. LOL You have a very unique way of painting, but it always seems to work in creating interesting designs. Nice Job! :o) Nancy

Suzanne,
A beautiful image on the wooden coaster, that resembles a swirl as the incoming tide of the North sea meets rock pool. Created by your artist's eye for composition, knowledge of artist's paints & other fluids.colours & how they react with one another when mixed or coming contact with each other. In my mind's eye I can see a Gull diving & a fish coming up to breathe & blw bubbles.
Susan

This is initially very beautiful ! It's such a wonderful mixture of the various blue tones, my fist impression is that I am seeing a baby elephant bathing in the water with water splashing all around.
I love the round shape and feel that it works so perfectly here! This is much to pretty to use as a coaster ! I would want to display it but not allow anyone to use it!
Well created and presented!

Total col. I have seen this technique done and I find the results amazing. Your deft hand swirling and controlling the colors give it a heavenly feel. The combination of shades of blues end up looking like marble.
