This is an attractive bouquet. You have captured the beauty of summer in a vase. The blue at the background looks like a symbol of the sky. The light reflections at the vase are interesting. I appreciate your attention to realistic detail. The bouquet is well composed and framed. The composition is balanced.

Jewell, I really enjoy your display of color in this floral display in your exquisite style. The reds, oranges, yellows and purples are a melody of color, against the blue background finish this off nicely. I should not forget the vase with water in it. Good luck in the contest. Ray

This is simply beautiful in acrylics, Jewell, and the softness in places kinda looks like watercolor. The sides with parts of blooms, etc are lovely too as are the flowers, vase, stems in water. The work you do best, along with beautiful landscape, heavenly and sea scapes, in my opinion, although you do fine with them all. And your name signature is so nice. I have problems with that sometimes.

It is an excellent painting in my book based simply on my envy of your unique ability to paint flowers! I do not have the patience. I am a traditional artist, and work mainly in graphite. I have done some acrylic painting, but I enjoy the pencil works more. This is a beautiful painting. I can see why it would sell so quickly. The arrangements, colors variation of flowers ads a distinctive and artistic touch. Nice composition

This is so bright and cheerful Jewell!! I especially like the background and the depth you added to it. Very realistic and yet whimsical.
