This is such a sweet scene Lee Ann, and you have pictured the fawn feeding so well. I really like the background as well, and how well the animals are standing out from it.
The photo is pin sharp and it is such clear and well defined details to be seen in both animals. The exposure is just spot on and the colors are crisp and clear.
The format and framing is perfect, and also the placement of the two of them within the frame is very good. I think this is a truly lovely and well taken photo with an excellent DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.
