What a beautiful cactus. I like that you captured from above it ... you have a clear focus and excellent colours. The off centre take suits the frame and allows that bit of ground to peak through.

This is an intriguing close-up. Although, the Cactus looks beautiful, the needles probably hurt people and animals, while the fuzz sticks to the skin and fur of creatures. Your photo is excellent focused and exposed and has good depth. I Enjoy the beauty of color and light and the refinement of detail. The close-up is well composed. The tight framing is sufficient. The composition is balanced.
