What an experience with this lizard being saved.
We have these little creatures rooming the backyard and I like them since they are cure and do not any damage.
Wonderful photograph and splendid presentation.

    Jirinal,
s always, thank you for your critique of my Post.
Yes, my grandson immediately noticed the difference between the texture. He also wanted to know how long he was. I estimated 7 plus inches. And he likes how they roam in my yard, We have lots of different species of lizards.
    Thanks again.

This is a great pic. Great color and textures. A bit unsettling to think I have alligators in my pool. LOL
It is nice you were able to get a crisp clear shot to share. I suggest getting some alligator traps placed all around the pool LOL

    Monica,
they are quite harmless and are great asset, they love bugs, like spiders and the like. So if you see one,in yiur pool rescue it and keep it safe. pleased you like the photo and story on its rescue.
Thank you for your nice critique of the photo.
    have great day,

Hi Lucien, This creature is brand new to my eyes! Love discovering something I've never seen before. Love your story on how this picture came to be! Love the image too! Your little friend sure picked a colorful place to take a sunbath. The lighting is great and the lizard's focus is almost perfect! Love the image. Thank you so much for sharing! :o) Nancy

You did an admirable job rescuing this Lizard. Apparently, the animal thanks you for its rescue by posing for the camera.
Your photo is perfect focused and exposed and has good depth. I appreciate the realism of light and color and the refinement of detail. The textures of the scaly skin and the fluffy towel are well visible. The contradiction of the vivid colors of the towel with the coloring of the lizard is interesting. The photo is excellent composed. The Lizard has a good placement within the frame. The composition is balanced.

    Cleo,
a little different as you pointed out as a composition, by allowing the towel into the piece, I could have waited until he moved on but the difference in colors and textures made the shot for me, as it did for my grandson who pointed that out immediately when seeing photo.
Thank you for your observations in your critique of this photo.
