A very beautiful picture of the Eastern Tiger Swallow tail butterfly alighted on & sucking nectar from your pink Zinnia flowers. The light highlighting it's beautiful markings, colours & patterns on it's wings as it stands out from the blurred green backdrop & the pink Zinnia. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques& sharp focus.

Artist Jodi, I really do enjoy. The Monarch is gorgeous with its many colors, both the yellows and blacks in the main body and the blues, reds, off-whites, and yellows in the end feather portions. The flowers are lovely too. The way you did the background is really nice. You deserve a "6" undoubtedly.

Your mixed media is charming. The colors of the butterfly are especially beautiful. You photo is perfect focused, exposed and treated with mixed media. I am impressed by the sharpness of detail and the realism of color and light and the sharpness of detail. The colors of the shallow background emphasize the Swallowtail excellently. The mixed media is well composed. The butterfly is expertly placed within the frame. The composition is balanced.

Well good butterfly shot Jodi and the detail is first class i have yet to get anywhere near this with a butterfly photo,but thinking about it have not seen many lately in the uk,anyway love the contrast in this with just the hint of a flower...Brian
