This is beautiful Ray, I love to sit and watch the river both when it is calm and when the water is rushing, here the river seems to be partly calm and offering reflections and there is a section where I can see the motion as it flows. The colors are working together here to create so many different shapes and I can see faces hidden here too.

It is difficult to paint flowing water. It is always nice to see your alternate approaches. The colour really speaks here. You have included the lovely colours of nature and habe played well with the light and shadows. Good luck!

Love that I can actually make out the flowing river, the trees overlooking the river, the colours look natural, the rocks on the shore, as you can see you probably get my drift, no pun intended, very nice peice you have created here
