Nope. Lol. You know moms and dads always say that as a scare tactic. I started as a little girl and stopped in my late teens. However, I still love to feel the rain on me and the wild crazy wind.

Why that is some treacherous sky and all that rain. Splashing around and having that cool rain hit you in the face is enjoyable and when you are running it takes the heat away and is refreshing. Parents use the word pneumonia to scare their kids, they just don't want to put up with a wet mess when they come in from the rain. Sometimes parents just don't understand what fun is. From what I can see you weren't a young kid. very nicely presented, good luck in the contest. Ray

Fine enough grasses, background, and the girl is okay but the expressive work really nice. The rain is realistic as are the dark and mixture of clouds.

So I typed out a long reply and I do not know what happened but it disappeared. Crazy. I had great memories dancing in the rain or just sitting in the rain. I love listening to storms as well. My friends and I used to have to wear a see through scarf or hankerchief. I think that?s what they called them or is that a Kleenex Type thing? Lol We used to throw them in the air and watch them float in the air as they dropped to the ground. Lots of fun.

I am so impressed reading the process to create this delightful night scene, the young girl obviously loves the rain , she is out at night with her awesome new boots and a scarf dancing in the rain. This is so well created , I like the way she tilts her head back and holds the scarf up above her .
