Your capture of the creature and barren land is really nice but I don't like the grass less dirt or the creature as well as most of your work. The root are plain as is the creature's shadow.

Interesting picture. I think you posted one of these animals before. I remember thinking they look like a cross between a porcupine and a beaver. I can't remember what you said it was called.
I think I see it's whiskers.
In any se, you really know how to capture interest quickly. I know I was like "what, a headless animal". Zoom in and check it out.
Great shot!
Framing, exposure all good.

A cute photo that does seem like this animal is headless! I like how the natural light is falling across him providing excellent highlight. A wonderful nature shot, thanks for sharing!

Are you sure this is not a ball of wool, some absented minded lady left behind? You should have given it a soft kick to check out! Do these creatures bite? Interesting capture. Thanks for sharing!

I think this is a very interesting photo. It makes me wonder what I am looking at. The focus is very good. You can see the individual hairs on the animal. Contrast is good. I like how the light glows on the fur. Good photo.

Fred,
An amusing picture of the Coypu curled up in a ball as it preens it feet or is chewing a piece of food held in it's feet. It's left ear is just visible. The sunlight highlighting it's it's thick fur coat. Beautiful composition framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques& sharp focus.

An amusing looking nature image posted here! Your fine, full composition offers us an enjoyable view of, to me a strange animal. Like its fur textures. Nicely done!
