This is fine piece of Photography. This demonstrates how one can find beauty even in some neglected least attractive things in this world. The image gives it the right mood. Well done. Good luck!

would have been so nice to move a bit on the left in order to avoid the electricity pole cutting the house;
good sharp details;..............

    Then the new building would have shown plus the people near that building, this is still a working farm. I did take it from the front but it does not show the hill from the other perspective

It still is a really good capture even if it is cloudy. Like the title and best wishes. The house is rather haunted-looking. (Two of my sister's children's books have the word "haunted in various forms".) The foliage, grasses, and fence are nice too.

One of my favorite subjects to shot are old abandon buildings and ghost towns. This scene could tell a great story of the family that settled this land and built this home. The slight elevation gives a good POV. To take photos is fun, to know that you should take this shot is a sign of a good photographer.

I like this old house. It stands out well against the gray background. The focus is nice and sharp. Placing it in the center of the frame makes it the subject of the photo. I like the grass in the foreground. I think it is a very good photo.

Your photo is interesting. Apparently, this house was abandoned long time ago. The roof seems to be damaged, and windows are missing. The photo is excellent focused and exposed and has good depth. I appreciate the realism of color and light. The overcast sky at the background emphasizes the house. The centered position of the house warrants a good balance. The landscape is perfect composed and framed.

A beautiful & atmospheric picture of the derelict wooden house on the crest of the hill that's haunted. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

A great shot for this contest!! I love the rustic feel of this image. The old house and its whithered textures are a pleasure to view. Nicely placed within the frame. Great exposure. Well done, all the best in the contest

Funny how you got 3 hs in this,apart from that wonder who haunts it and how old it is,i do think you could have improved this,only by getting lower and nearer and doing away with that roof on the right in this,would have i think ade a difference maybe even b/w or sepia...Brian

    ha, well I had to take it from the road, and there were people near the barn like structure, this is still a working farm, they just leave the houses alone, I did take this house from the front, but it did not show the hill part lol,,,
