Yes, he is absolutely cure with his begging expression, but not to strong. Wonderful details, colors and the light shining in to the photograph.
Suitable framing that helps to distract viewers the attention to the background.

    Jodi, so very much welcome.

This so close to being a 3D image. The DOF created has wanting to reach in and pet him. The angle of head gives a feeling of him being outside of the background of the scene. The eyes and his fur focus are so fluffy and defined. Cropping is excellent and gives us the up-close personality of this beauty. Great job.

What a lovely photograph of your Arby. You've captured the intensity of concentration on his face. And what a beautiful face it is. He's waiting so patiently but you can see he's anxious for that ball. Lovely!

Your dog looks truly lovely Jodi, and you have pictured him so well. I especially like how well you have captured his bright eye with the eager look, and also how lovely the light is falling on him.

The focus is spot on and sharp, and it is indeed clear and well defined details to be seen in the dog's face, and you have also brought out the textures of the fur well. The exposure is perfect.

The format you have cropped the photo into works well, and the dog is well placed within the frame. I like the frame, but think it is a bit too heavy. It is a lovely and well taken photo, and I wish you luck with the contest.
