This must be the most adorable fountain I have ever seen, and I bet the kids just love it. I collect elephant ornaments, so I have soft spot already for these animals. I especially like how well you have captured the spray of water.
The background is of course a tad busy, but I appreciate that this could not be helped, and the fountain is still standing out from it in an excellent way.
The photo is sharp and it is such clear and well defined details to be seen in every part of the fountain. The exposure is spot on.
The photo is nicely cropped, and the elephant fountain is well placed within the frame. Indeed a sweet and well taken photo Chuck, and with a good DOF.

This is a nice photo of a fountain in a park. The elephant and the spray are in good focus. This brings me back to my childhood when I visited parks in New York and played in the spray. A really nice photo.

This is really cool. I love that more and more parks are getting creative with the water themes. I love this elephant as I am such a fan of elephants. I used to have a huge collection. Now I only have my absolute favorites. I had to downsize a lot.

This is one cute elephant creating a great opportunity for kids to cool off during the heat. The scene tells us that we are in a park. The statue is whimsical and clever idea to turn him into a fountain. The heavy shadows hide the detail a bit. I might suggest using a brush tool to lighten the under front side of this cute fellow.
