A very nice drawing. I like the way the owl's head is turned and think those penetrating eyes are fantastic. Nice colors. Best of luck in the contest.

It's a good image but the owl feet would have been clearly specified if the owl is on a dead stick or a life tree because it show like the owl is on the rock which it's hard to identify the position of the owls feet

Why no-one has given you 6 stars is beyond me! Love the detail in this and those luminous big eyes. The stare is just what you'd expect from an owl. The presentation of this owl is very nice. Good Luck in the Contest! :o) Helvi

Your drawing is intriguing. The Owl is beautiful. The orange eyes are especial impressive. I like the proud and observant pose of the bird. I enjoy your attention to exact detail and texture. Proportions and perspective are correct. The artwork is well composed and framed. The composition is balanced.

Woh! This is rather outstanding drawing. The head is so much like the white face owls and the body feathers very realistic. Especially well done when using sharpies, washes and graphite pencil. Might be even more perfect if the eyes had a little yellow, or at least slight detail and more contrast with the claw and perch.
