This is gorgeous pencil work. A very fine looking car so skillfully composed as well as the professional art work. You really deserve more than a "6" artist friend.

Cool!
I much prefer Ford products myself but this is a very nice rendition of a mildly 'hot rodded' 1956 Chevrolet two door hardtop!
'Good Show',my friend!

Are you sure this is art. This looks so perfect, it could be a b/w photo. Outstanding work and you have a great eye for detail. The scene has a great 3D feel. The use of shadow gives a great realistic feel.

This car looks like a museum's exhibit. The old Chevy is impressive. I am impressed by your attention to realistic detail and texture. The reflections at the lacquered skin and the metal trimmings are especial interesting. The strong shadow beneath the car emphasizes the car profoundly. The artwork is well composed and framed. The composition is balanced.

A good looking entry into the competition posted here! Your fine and full composition grants us a good view of that old car. Reckon it could tell many tales of years gone by. Exposure and sharpness are good. Nicely done!

Wow! This is an amazing rendition of the Chevy Belair from the 1950's
Well shaped with such accurate structure and proportions.
I like the two tone paint that was so typical of this era. Love the way you show the shine.
Nice attention to every detail!
Well arranged and presented!

OMG!!! You are my hero! Your graphite abilities are out of this world! Not to mention the car. I am a big fan of the old pencil to paper graphite art. Your perspective is on point, gradations are one hundred... proportions are there and it is 100% realistic. How did you pull it off? I, too work in pencil but have a bit to go on getting that super realism look to my artwork. What techniques did you use?

Thanks so much! I'm self taught, so I'm never sure how to respond when someone asks what kind of technique I use, lol. All I can say is that I'm a big fan of super sharp pencils (a must for fine details), powdered graphite (for large smooth sections) and drawing out a grid on my reference photo and art paper (helps a lot with layout and accuracy). Thanks again.
