This Grey Heron is indeed posing for you in a lovely way, and you have pictured it so well. Especially the eye is well captured, and the bird is also standing out from the blue sky in an excellent way.
The photo is sharp and it is clear and well defined details to be seen in every part of the Heron. Also the exposure is very good.

oh i like this view looking left. you can see his feathers laying on his chest pretty nicely. never seen one on top of a building, maybe he wanted a better view.
