What a great photo of the younger you carrying the baby donkey to the water tub, it looks so content in your arms! Your theory as to their fear in seeing their own reflection in the clear water seems apt; it's not exactly a place they would expect to see another of their kind. Your artists notes are extremely interesting, and an example of the varied life experiences those of us on this site have had.

Hah, what ere you doing as a teenager? Restoring classic autos? I painted and bonded a classic Galaxy 500 (except it was a 4 door) all by myself at about age 28 mostly so it would not attract the wrong attention for equipment violations... its amazing how well that worked! I think I have a photo -- if I can find it will email it...
