I love dogs ! This looks like a type of hound or hunting dog, he or she is beautiful and appears to be taking a rest.
You have captured it well with good focus, this image is clear, exposure is correct, colors and tones appear natural.
Interesting that it wears a bell, here we put bells on our dogs collars as well as on our back packs when out in the wilderness, it's to warn bears that there are humans nearby.
I like the green grassy background and the lighting here.
