What makes this shot is the sun on the bricks.mIt goes all the way down. looks like a very nice place to take a walk. The lights do all the way down also.

Great job on capturing the light and dark of this picture. The shadows that over cast the brick wall has many details in it. Plus the windows that are up high with the different lights and darks on them.

A beautiful view of the setting sun glowing on the red brickwork along the Albert Dock in Liverpool the street lights along the dock lead the eye to the heart of the picture. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

You certainly have a beautiful shot here, an fantastic example of single point perspective. The buildings all in a row are lit with the glow of sunset. The sun is very low ,by the show of the fence on the brick wall. There must be a ferry around here that crosses to Mersey. Thank you for sharing this fine entry into the contest and lots of luck too. I have a feeling you have posted this photo before, but I am not sure. It is a lovely scene, and I especially like your POV creating such fine leading lines. I also like the way the buildings on the left are glowing from the last rays of the sun.

The photo is sharp showing such clear and well defined details all over, and the exposure is just perfect.

The format and framing is very good, and with the buildings off to the left, it is a very good balance in the composition. It is a lovely and well taken photo, and with an excellent DOF. I wish you luck with the contest.
