I like the lone tree as the focal point of the photo. Setting it off center is good composition. The tree contrast well against the background. The grass in the foreground and mountains in the background creates good depth. Focus is good.

It is a beautiful scene with the background low mountains, hills in blues and greens, off-whites, as are the lovely clouds. The strip of water (or road) is nice and the foreground of grasses. The tree sets it all apart and appears lonely.

A beautiful picture of the lonesome Hawthorn/ Fairy Tree on the lake's shore with the sunshine breaking through the rain clouds above over the tree, the lake & the distant mountains down there south in the Kingdom of Kerry. Artistic composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques& sharp focus.

This is an all-around good photo, but what draws me is the sky. I like the many layers it reveals. I also like the rule of thirds with the tree.
