An interesting entry into contest. Would have liked to see some actual knitting as this fits more wool than knitting. Colors are great and the focus and dof are good..

I live to go to reenactments. The volume of wool yarn and the variety of colors represents a lot of work. My sister is a knitter and some of her yarn is very expensive. The lighting and colors are natural, and the crop is good. Nice display.

Well this definitely shows wool which entails knitting.
There are lots of different colours that add a richness to the photo.
I think this is a creative piece for this contest.

I think this is a photo with a strong visual impact because of all the strong colors, and I like the way the wool is almost filling the frame.
The photo is sharp showing clear and well defined details in all the wool, and the exposure is perfect. The colors are crisp and clear.
The tight cropping has worked well, and the format is fine. I think this is a lovely and well taken photo, and I wish you luck with the contest.

This is very interesting Brian , the wool must be dyed , it is ready to be used to create warm scarves and sweaters.
Well captured with good focus, this image is clear, exposure is correct, the colors and tones appear true.
