I Like the close and personal approach, and also how lovely the light is falling on the Dahlia flowers. The yellow colors looks great, and could easily compete with the sun.

The photo is sharp with clear and well defined details in the petals of the flower, but I think you should try to sharpen the photo a bit and add more contrast. The exposure is perfect.

The format is working well, and I like the way the flower is filling the frame. A truly lovely and well taken photo, and I wish you luck with the contest.

This appears to be a dahlia , I like your close capture that draws the eye into the center allowing a good look at this flowers shape and structure .
Well photographed with good focus, this image is clear, exposure is correct, the yellow tones appear natural.
Well composed to fill the frame.
