A masterful display of flower arranging in oil and canvas. This work is as eye catching as one can get, from the bokeh-ish background through the supporting lesser blooms framing the star of the show - an extremely well choreographed still life.
The detail of the blooms is exquisite.
The positioning of the central subject and the brilliant color make this piece snap, crackle and pop!

It is a lovely bouquet of flowers you have painted here, and the textured background is especially lovely.
The vibrant colors of the different flowers makes for a painting with a strong visual impact, and all of them are painted paying such a good attention to details. Very good use of high lights as well.
The format is very good, and the flowers are so well placed on the canvas. I think this is a lovely and well done painting, and I wish you luck with the contest.

Very pretty. I like your use of darks and lights that really captures the eye. The background at first gave me concern that it might be too busy but I'm good with it.

This is really beautiful!! I love what you did with the background!! It is almost like the colours from the flowers are radiating out. The flowers are well formed and shaded, with nice details. Nicely balanced composition that makes you feel immersed in the bouquet...thanks for sharing

The detail in each flower is impressive , the colors and tones and masterfully applied , giving the viewer an accurate sense of the size, shape and structure of each flower. The soft background works perfectly to emphasize the flowers. What a wonderful gift for the newlywed couple ! This deserves a six star rating, it's actually even worthy of more then a six.
