Stella is cute, and funny, with that chocolate on her face. Little ones are so endearing when they eat and enjoy goodies without worrying about the mess on their face, how they look. Precious. Best wishes.

From her expression she seems miffed at being interrupted in mid chocolate rave.
All exposure factors are tight and well within acceptable limits.
The central subject is well place within the frame.

I love chocolate, but I don't look like this after I have eaten it. LOL Kids for sure makes a mess when eating, but it makes for a charming photo object. I think especially Stella's eyes are well captured, and the funny expression.
The photo is sharp showing clear and well defined details, and the exposure is perfect.
The photo is also nicely cropped and little Stella is well placed off to the left. It is a funny and well taken photo Fred, and I wish you luck with the contest.
