Lemurs are such cute interesting creatures. You even managed to capture that signature wide eyed stare the lemurs are known for. It makes you think what did he see that has caught his attention so intently.

Madagascar! I used to be an FBI agent, so I checked out my suspicion by looking at some portfolios. :-) I like this photo of the ring-tailed lemur. It looks like a cross between a raccoon and a spider monkey.

This is a wonderful photograph for entry into the "L" contest. The eyes are so bright, reddish-brown with highlights. The black surrounding them and other black, gray, and white furs are lovely.

Cool!
Those are interesting and unusual primates that put me in mind of prehistoric types such as the ancient 'Notharctus'!

This is indeed a great entry into this contest, and you have pictured this Lemur so well. I especially like how well you have captured the eyes, and also the close and personal approach. The Lemur is also standing out from the background in an excellent way.

The photo is sharp showing truly clear and well defined details in every part of the animal, and the exposure is perfect.

The tall format works well, and the Lemur is well placed within the frame. I think this is a truly lovely and well taken photo, and I wish you luck with the contest.
