What a glorious view Pat through the opening in the trees. The varying colours of blue with the layers of golden autumn colours are so lovely. It would make a beautiful photo hung on a wall. Your image is clear and focussed and well lit. Thanks for sharing such a beautiful scene.

This is a truly beautiful shot of the mountain framed by the evergreens in the foreground. had the water been calmer, the reflection of the peak would have been clearer.

This is what Alaska is supposed to look like in my mind. I still remember your comments about shooting in the vertical verse the horizontal. You have captured the foreground and the background equally. The DOF is almost
3D. The faint reflection of the mountain is powerful and unites the upper and lower halves of the scene. Colors and focus are sharp as always. Stunning scene.

It is a fantastic looking landscape you have pictured here, and I especially like the way the foreground trees and bushes are working as a nice and natural framing. Also the autumn colors look great.
The photo is pin sharp all the way through, and it is clear and well defined details to be seen in the foreground vegetation. The colors look nice and natural, and the exposure is perfect.
The tall format is very good, and it is indeed a fine balance in the composition. A truly lovely and well taken landscape photo Pat, and with an excellent DOF.
