I like the mystery of this piece. It sort of has a veiled quality, showing us little pops of color the keep us studying the curtain but we can't turn away because we might miss something. We get imagine the concealed. Wonderful work.

A good looking nature image posted here! Your full and fine composition creates a convincing sense of on-coming danger in that neck-the-woods. Textures and tones are fine. Nicely painted!

The afterglow is highlighting a myriad of faces going in all directions. Some are bumping into each other and others seem to be lost. The last hints of light give us glances of the harried travelers of the night. The overall darkness captured the mood very well.

Nicely done Ray! One can feel the gloom turning to dark quickly in this abstract presentation. I like the touches of blue and the subtle motion of wind through the very tall trees. One gets the feeling of looking up. Nice!!

When I looked at the thumb nail of this photo, I thought it would be far too dark, but when I opened it and saw the title I understand why the painting is dark. It is also brighter than I expected, and I especially like all the fine red colors nicely contrasted with green areas.
I also like the vertical lines in the painting together with the truly great textures. Your work is indeed bold.
The tall format works well, and again it is a fine flow and balance in the composition. Great looking abstract Ray.

There is a lot of texture to this artwork Ray giving it a 3d effect. The darker colors definitely give the impression of later evening. Another abstract which is interesting to view.
