I like this photograph for its geometry . I would crop it from the bottom and from the right side or just scale it in until there was no sea at the bottom . It's perfect for the contest . Love the little " window" effect in the background .

A wonderfully well composed shot for the posted contest. I like the black and white presentation that commands us to focus on the lines of this pier leading away into the distance. A perfect example of leading lines as well as finely focused depth. Well done, best wishes for the contest!

This is indeed a great entry into this contest, and I like the change to black and white. I also like how well you have captured the water and the shadows from the wooden pole.
The photo is sharp showing clear and well defined details, and it is fine distinctions between light and dark.
The cropping is nicely done, and with the great leading lines it is a fine balance in the composition. A great looking and well taken photo with an excellent DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.

This is a great corridor image and the B & W adds a minimalistic dynamic sort of like a museum piece or that would create crisp clean contemporary look to a wall. It's quite chic.
