Man! I don't know what's in that water, but you sure as hell don't want to drink it! It stripped the flesh off that deer like it was watercolor.

This was indeed a great idea, and especially the water is well captured. I also like the colorful autumn leaves, and how well you have brought out the fine textures of the rocks.
The photo is very sharp and it is indeed clear and well defined details to be seen both in the skull and the surroundings. The exposure and white balance in spot on.
The tall format is working well, and the skull has got a very fine placement within the frame. I think this is a truly beautiful and well taken photo Lee Ann, and with an excellent DOF.

This was indeed a great idea, and especially the water is well captured. I also like the colorful autumn leaves, and how well you have brought out the fine textures of the rocks.
The photo is very sharp and it is indeed clear and well defined details to be seen both in the skull and the surroundings. The exposure and white balance in spot on.

It is a beautiful thing to mix photography and media with something as exciting as this art as the results. The rush of water washing over the deer skull is everything. With the touches of color in the background the image has just the right amount of movement and drama. Perfect alternative artistry.

At first glance, I thought this was a piece of fine art. The chance of finding this scene is amazing luck. The camera skills capturing this skull under a waterfall gives of movement and great lighting. The darken but soft visible background adds depth to the scene. Great capture.

It would be a gross understatement and error to say there is no story here. This frame is a story unto itself. For my abstract mind I see volumes of tales both noble and base - excellent story potential.
Every part of this piece is in absolute hyper detail and contrast. The mixed media efforts are modest and not over done - excellently conservative.
This is a really fine piece and it rightly deserves a six. Sad to say my six cupboard is bare ... Bob
