Great use of colors here. I like the subtle glow of amber hues on the bird's belly that helps create a glowing effect in this photo. This is very well combined with the background as well, with the softness of it that goes well with the image. The textures of the tree help keep this photo grounded, so that we get a context of what we have here, how the bird is relaxing on the tree. I like the background's ambience; it helps create a smoothness to the image.

These little guys are not easy to capture on a sensor. They are quick and most of the time upside down or as you have shown. And this take is a good one.
The focus is sharp and clear. The feathers are well seen as is the eye.
Contrast level is short scale but it highlights the bird very well. Colors appear natural as does tone and tint.
Artistically creative and technically excellent ... Bob

This is a great picture because of the unusual angle. The bird is mainly in focus, although I think that the beak area is slightly blurry, but I think that the angle really makes this picture.

It is always a treat to see a white breasted nuthatch , we only have the red breasted nuthatches here.
I like the pose of this sweet little bird on the tree.
