A good looking seasonal image posted here! Your fine, full and appropriate composition offers us an enjoyable view of that lovely Christmas Tree. Your adjustments suggest you had a windy Christmas? Nicely created!

I was moving the camera to get an interesting shot of the lights on the Xmas tree. I then cut out the shape. This is why the tree seems to be leaning. I'm glad you enjoyed the shot. Thanks for reviewing! :o) Nancy

A lot of work and thought went into this piece lol,, yes I did think you had painted this, it is doing the dance, and its not blurry, If I tried to do this it would just be a big blur, you must have a good camera

Wish I could have animated it, then we really would have a dancing Christmas tree! LOL I had the feeling people would think this was painted....I know I did and I'm the one who created it! The lights always come out nice and with a little post production you can create magic with the rest of it. Filters do wonders to your image. Thanks for the wonderful review Lise! :o) Nancy

Just reading the process to create this is worthy of the top rating , I love your creativity! This Christmas tree is beautiful and such a delight to see the way it dances there against the night time sky in the deep blue tones with the stars all around it. I can easily imagine this as a page in a wonderful Christmas storybook . This would also make a wonderful Christmas card front !
I love the way the camera movement brought this tree to life , putting it into a dancing position!
Well presented! It made me smile !

The effect from moving your camera is indeed intriguing, and I really like the feel of motion. You are right that this almost looks like a painting. I also like the blue background with stars, and the fine shine of the star in the top of the tree.
I like the drop shadows you have added, because this makes the tree stand out so well from the background, and I also like the colors and the fine exposure.
The format and tight framing works well, and the tree has got a fine centered position. I think this is a very creative, well taken and well edited mixed media photo Nancy.
