well looks like a climb and and a half with little room at the top (ha) like the photo, colors are interesting and kind of makes the sand look a little unsteady and not for the faint of heart, anyway well done

I do hope they were being careful! ( Sand Dunes can be dangerously 'shifty' things! )

This is a great mountaintop photo. It is well composed with excellence in color, contrast and detail. Do you know these people? Normally i don't get people in my shots without asking permission first..

A nicely framed earth, man, and sky rule of thirds application.
The camera angle does not distort but accurately conveys the size differential. The angle also shows the people to the best advantage. The little bit of res catches the eye.
Settings show high resolution of the dune and clean lines of the people - extra sharp focus.
The sky is a perfect robins egg blue - flawless ... Bob

This is a fun picture that is well focused. I also like the way that there is a track in the sand that appears to lead up to the top - it leads to eye up to the people. I think that I would have taken it in portrait mode though but then I really like portrait mode for landscapes with people or animals in them.
