Street indication in strokes and colour combinations. A feeling of depth central brings perspective and a figure appears walking forward and near us. Its a young He by his attitude as he walks from a bus stop. I can see the back of a two story red bus just disappearing top left. He must have just got off it and is on his way to meet a date perhaps. Nice action abstract Ray with city street colours on a sunny day.

The mass of action portrayed in bold colors reminds me of being downtown New York City. The evening rush hour feels just like this collision of color. Everyone trying to go the same way at the same time. I have referred to rush hour as a human river of flesh pouring out into the streets and subways in a very unorganized fashion.

Ray this one is one of my favorites. It tickles my frontal cortex.

The color palette isn't dominated by high contrast shades. I see a layered blend of subtly contrasting shades that mimics so many images for me.

Out in the street, that's where you can find anything. Everything you need to satiate desires whether sublime or base is there in the street.

Out in the street, colors, shapes and sounds grind and drain you with ceaseless sensory input until it all becomes a blur of unrecognizable color, shape and sound.

Out in the street, there are some who are undercover. The street is their cover and they hover just below the blur.

Out in the street, if you tarry about your task, personal safety is just a mask. Hurry you must, but not to brisk. Haste draws unwanted attention.

Out in the street, in time you will learn what to look for and just where to be - Out in the Street.

Whether it be by your design or just the way brush and pigment hit the canvas, I get a lot of input from it ... Bob

A good looking entry into the competition posted here! Your fine and full composition suggests to me that the street is overgrown by many trees and plants? Colours, textures and tones are good. Well painted and good luck!

The most integral parts of the city are its streets and parks. That is where the people meet and interact. Thats where the hustle is. Thank you for this fine and inquisitive review. I try to give you just enough to spark your interest so that your imagination can take over.

Looks like there is a traffic jam in the one-way street! I can hear the loud unprintable curses from the stuck commuters!:) This is bound to catch viewers attention as all of us have had this (bad) experience. Thanks for sharing!

Looks like a busy street. Love the colours. It has a really good vibe.
Many things happening. First thing I see is a man but not sure what he is doing. I see a large man with a beard and moustache and it kind of looks like it could be a market and this guy is selling some sporting gear. Anyway, lots happening in my imagination with this piece.
Good job and good luck in the contest my friend. :)
