A beautiful picture of the Maid of the Mist at Niagara the passengers attired in their Blue Pac-a-Macs to keep them dry as they sail as close to the falls as it's safe to do so. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques& sharp focus.

I have been to Niagara twice once in Summer & the other time in late April when it was still Frozen. I saw the Maid of the Mist but did not go on it.

I especially like that you managed to get so close to the boat so that we can see so well the people on board. I also think the water is captured very well, and the boat is standing out from it in an excellent way.
The photo is sharp showing such clear and well defined details in every part of the boat, and the exposure is perfect.
The format and tight framing is working well, and the boat is well placed within the frame. It is a great looking and well taken photo Nikman, and with a very good DOF.

Although a good close up of this famous boat and although some of water is blown out,i think cropping the boat at the bottom could have been avoided and its one of the reasons i bang on at you to use new photos because now because of learning you would not have done that,someone pointed out on one of my older norway photos and i should have cropped of some branches but i said if i had taken it now i would have taken a better one,its all about learning from past mistakes ...Brian

Niagra Falls is on my bucket list? What a great capture you've managed to get of the Maid of the Mist!
The light blue foaming water and the air is full of mist brings back memories. The lighting and focus are sharp. I like seeing the movement in ybe wild water.
I can almost hear the falls roaring and feel the damp air.
The pale green water is so pretty. Thank you for sharing!

What a great presentation of the ship with so suitable name and colors that fit the mission. It is frequently covered with water from the splashes from the waterfall, so are the visitors.
