I think this is a fine entry into a contest like this, because it is indeed colorful, and with a strong visual impact. The color of the background are blending into each other in a lovely way, and I also like the baffled expression in this sweet girl's face.
It is easy to see that this is done paying a very good attention to details, and I like all the hearts you have added.
The format and tight framing is working well, and the girl is well placed on the paper. I think this is a great looking and well done drawing/painting Jewell, and I wish you luck with the contest.

She is pretty snazzy and she looks a bit like a flapper with her hat decorated in flowers. This is so dag creative and fun. I love her small but round lips, the mole and her oversized blue eyes. You brought the pop and dazzle with this beautiful lady. I couldn't hold on to this six any longer.
