As usual, this is outstanding graphite pencil work on paper. But the cub is so adorable, I think it would be even prettier and pop more on the light birch tree if the flowers behind it were less busy.

I had to check the medium twice. This is one of most detailed and artistically perfect graphite drawings I have ever seen. The talent and technical skill to control the light and dark tones and highlighting is nothing short of artistic genius. The frosting on his arm is photographic quality. The overall effect is outstanding.

Even when seeing your name, I almost thought this was a photo because of the realism. The cub looks so sweet, and I especially like the high lights in its eyes, and also how well the textures of the bark are done. I like the way the branches with leaves are used as a framing.

As always this drawing is done paying such a good attention even to the smallest details.

The tall format is perfect, and I like the slight diagonal placement of the tree and the cub. It is a fine balance in the composition. Indeed a lovely and well done drawing, and I wish you luck with the contest.
