Pat this is such a beautiful scene. An absolutely gorgeous winter day. This could be a post card or any form such as a greeting card, calendar picture magazine photo. Excellent lighting, focus, balance and interest. This is presented from a perfect vantage point. Stunning and appreciated!

pretty but brrrrrrrrrrrr...lol. cool capture. the angle of the shot of this walk bridge over the water with snow everywhere is great. the capture of the light is great. the clarity is great. the presentation is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall.

What a peaceful setting. Your dogs must love it here. The early afternoon light allows for that wonderful reflection of the trestle tracks. The frosting of snow and the open water give a really great contrast of Alaskan winter. The overall scene is right off the Alaskan postcard.

This is a beautiful cold-looking scene. The picture is well lit and in focus and does work in black and white. I like the bridge but did you also take it from the beginning of the bridge looking across the water and into the forrest? I would have been interested to see this in portrait mode with the bridge leading your eye into the forrest. Having said all of that I do really like this picture.

Very little color in this one but think thats part of the appeal of this shot,of course a typical winter with the snowy trees but like the bridge in this but i might have got nearer to exploit that a bit more,but that might just be me...Brian

A beautiful picture of the Eklutna Tailrace with snow covered Pines growing along the bank & the metal bridge crossing it. Both the trees & the bridge are then reflected on the mirror like surface the blue sky above seen in the gaps between the high flying white clouds. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

That's a beautiful photograph Eklutna trailrace. The water is so still which gives the perfect reflection of the trail and the snow and trees in the background make a perfect back drop, very well done.
