Well Lucy is lucky Lucy since she got the pizza. I don't think she looks guilty I think she looks like she wants more. This is a natural picture. A good red contest entry. Bright and nicely presented. Good focus and colors. Best of luck in the contest!

Can see why you took this and your dog does look guilty in this but [and heres the rub] you put this in a food contest when there is very little food and that armchair is in the way plus a pet contest would have been a better option...Brian

This is a clever idea for the food contest although you could have entered it into the dog and cat one instead. The dog is gorgeous but I think that the remains of the pizza are slightly out of focus - in fact you can see the pixels throughout the shot. Also, the side of the armchair or sofa is a bit distracting. I think that I would have taken it from lower down and from a different angle to get more of the dog and pizza and less of the chair in.
Good luck with it nevertheless as your dog is lovely.

Thank you. I take so many pics of my dogs and their mischief actually brings so much humor. I hadn't thought of presenting any of these dog pics. But when I happen to see one I took awhile back and how it might at least make someone smile, then it's worth sharing. Plus I really like to think outside the box.

LOL, thanks Seshadri. I take so many pics of my dogs. And their mischief brings about humor. This dog has figured out that if she can take it when I'm not looking, then I won't get mad. That's one of my rules with raising dogs...don't punish for deeds they did 5 minutes ago or 5 hours ago. Their brains think in the here & now, not what has already happened. Plus this dog is too clever to get caught.
