Very cool and colorful Willie. The clarity is great. The angle of the shot of the colorful SkyView and the water reflection below is awesome. The capture of the light is great. The presentation is balance and eye appealing to the viewer. Great eye and great job overall.

It is indeed a beautiful sunrise you have pictured here, and I amazed that the quality is so good using a cell phone. I especially like your vantage point creating such fine leading lines, and also the fine shine and reflections in the water.
The photo is sharp, and the silhouetted trees are standing out well defined against the sky. The exposure is perfect, and the colors look nice and natural.
The format and framing is very good, and it is a very good balance in the composition. A truly lovely and well taken photo Willie, and with an excellent DOF. I wish you luck with the contest.
