This striking image seems suitable for a postcard or greeting care. The complimentary colors are vivid. The rose is well-framed with a green background. I am fascinated by the random dashes of white.

Thank you. I have some other rosebushes that bloom different color roses but with the same contrasting dual colors. I think they are breathtaking.

This is a beautiful red rose and a great contest entry for the color red contest. It appears as a most perfect rose specimen. Perfectly balanced with the intricate petals weaving in and out of each other. I like the tight frame. Great sharp color and interest. Well accomplished image of this beauty.

The colors of this flower are very beautiful and you captured them in a nice way. I am not a fan of the close crop and think that this picture would've been better if you have backed up a few inches before you snapped. Flowers are a treasure, and they need room to breathe! I like the bokeh background, and the lighting that you've used is intriguing. It's a nice entry for the contest, best wishes!

Thank you. I like taking pictures from further back when I have a rosebush that is full of blooms. Otherwise I love real close shots of flowers to show interesting details. Even macro shots. Personal taste I suppose.

This is a lovely photograph of a beautiful rose. The picture is well lit and the composition is good but the rose does not appear to be in focus, in particular the centre is blurry, which is a shames as that is where the colours are.
Having said that I do wish you good luck with it in the competition
