A stunning piece of photography
that captures the gorgeous palette of colours the sunset presents to us. The reflection is simply gorgeous and adds another dimension to this composition.

The colours here are extraordinary and I love the way that the light is reflected in the frozen lake. The picture appears to be in focus although some of the ice slabs in the middle do look very slightly blurry, but overall it is a very good picture that is very atmospheric.

Pat,
A very beautiful sunset picture of the Matanuska Glacier, the sunset's glowing colours are then reflected on the ice covered sea in the foreground. Beautiful composition framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

A good looking nature image posted here! Your fine and classical composition offers us an enjoyable view of part of that dramatic location. Textures, colours and tones are good. Exposure and sharpness are fine. Well taken!

Pat...What an awesome impactful scene! The reflection of the sunset on the Glacier is beautiful. I love the patterns on the surface which the orange colour highlights. Beautiful snowy mountains in the background...wonderful composition!

I really like that photo of the glacier, it's very well focused as you can see all the ridges and the movement of the water. Very well done.

OMG Pat you've done it again, this is stunning!
A perfect example of the rule of thirds, with the rocks rising on the right breaking the otherwise straight line so that it's not just three bands, make it.
The detail in the rocks, the stunning sky and the reflections on the ice make this an unforgettable image! Just beautiful.

The colors in this unique sunset, rock formations and water are somewhat different. The earth colors bring out the whole of the glacier in a different criterion. I like the fluffy-looking mountains, the oranges and yellows in the sky, and the reflections in the water.
