I think this is a great entry for the human form contest. What I was drawn to was the lines of the human form, and how you highlighted them with a light color. It helps the image to stand out. Nice work.

This is a good action drawing with vivid colors. However, there is a perspective issue with the lights--the size of the lightbulbs should be reversed because nearer objects should appear larger or more prominent than objects that are farther away.
Also, just as there are wrinkles under the number one, there should be wrinkles in that number.
Additionally, the left leg, above the knee (on the left side), is drawn too wide to fit into the shorts. I you extend that leg up to the hip, the problem should become apparent.
The basketball net is very nicely drawn.
This is a nice drawing that needs only a few tweaks.

I do however like a lot the all black background with the spot lights, and also the strong feel of motion. Looks like this guy has NIKE shoes.
The drawing is done paying very good attention to details, and I also like the color pallet, and the good use of high lights. Apart from the cut off foot, it is a fine balance in the composition. A well done sharpie Mark.

If cut off the bottom part and leave the top then folks would understand that the POV is him fixing to dunk the ball in the basket. I didn't..I just drew it out and didn't want to reduce the size. I have the same issues Both of my grandsons are taller than me and they are both 16. I love this POV for the basketball player and the action being illustrated. The colors seem to almost glow. The use of the spotlights adds to the feeling of action and lighting.
