This is a beautiful picture Pat!! I can't believe you grew this so early in the spring season!! The background is lovely!! The cool colours in the background contrast so nicely with the bright warm colours of the tulip! Nicely composed!! Well done!

Thank you so much Tracy! This was grown indoors ad bought in a water bowl . We have about 3 feet of snow out i the yard and it?s snowing today too! I appreciate your lovely review and I am honored by your six star rating!

This is a good close up of a tulip. The focus appears sharp throughout - you can even see the veins on the petals and I love the diagonal positioning of the bloom. Having the background blurred really helps as well.

Very nice! I really do like this one. The colors are very pretty. I like the background and the cropping is very nice. I think it would look a little better to bump the contrast or to darken a little but that is only my opinion.

Stunning!! This shot is outstanding Pat! The oil paint filter has helped to bring out the most amazing textures and gorgeous soft colors of this tulips petals. Lovely!!! The softened background helps the flower step forward in a pleasing way and that lighting!! Well done!

All my flowers and garden plants have their place in my outdoor gardens. The diagonal display gives a wonderful feel to the scene.
