Hi Lynn, I love doing Mixed media work and am definitely impressed by your lovely work. I love the effects you added here. Love how the feathers of the heron stream beneath him and how you re-did the beak to hold earth. I even love your chosen title. It so fits the image. The image is sharp with good lighting and focus and is wonderful out of the box thinking! Very Cool! :o) Nancy

What you were able to accomplish with the birds beak is amazing. Because this really isn't a photograph any longer the irregular line of the beak is not only acceptable but aids the theme of the your composition very well.

I see an original piece of fantastic fantasy in high resolution. But beware, hold its eye to long and it will take your imagination with it on its flight ... Bob

very cool and creative. the blend of the images is excellent. the clarity is great. the capture of the light is great. the angle of the shot of the bird is great. this is cropped so well and hints on a story. the presentation is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. creative approach and awesome work overall.
