This does have an icy touch and reveal, it really glows with that glistening effect from real ice. It is pretty too with a good balance in the drawing and fine complimentary colours in the design. Your notes are interesting and it seems all that thought out work paid off. It is beautiful.

This is a beautiful addition to your book of snowflakes from Oz, as you show here, each snowflake is different in shape, size and structure. I love that you placed the snowflakes on ice here and love the blue tones in the ice and the way it shimmers. I love the pink , green and purple along with the white on that center snowflake . It is beautiful and magical because of the colors!
I appreciate the two smaller snowflakes and the intricate details that can be seen as I look at them.

Neat image. Fits the title very well. The colors blend well together without overpowering each other. I like the darker blue blending into the light blue of the background. It helps give it depth. Thanks for sharing!

Beautiful colors and delightful designs. The idea of creating snowflakes gives an endless as no two flakes are the same. The background has a feel of splashing water or frost on a windshield. Delicate and so artistic.
