Perfect entry for the contest. The added light of the sun helps brighten the green and gives the image depth. Thanks for sharing. Neat photo.

a great entry to the "Unexpected Angle Photography" with this unusual capture of a "spider tree", a tree with many branches;.................

Cool,W.T.P.!
That's a great looking picture,my friend!
The scene reminds me of the mythical 'World Tree'
( 'Ygdrassil' ) of the Vikings whose branches were said to have grown though all 'the Nine Worlds'!
Excellent!

A good entry for this competition, which you've captured well - I've often tried this sort of shot, but never really succeeded the way you have!
Your exposure is just right, showing good detail on the tree trunk and leaves, while still keeping the lovely blue of the sky in the background.
The image is sharp and well focused, tho there are a few leaves on the left which aren't, but I suspect they are from another tree - so annoying when that happens! lol.
A lovely image, good luck in the contest, and thanks for sharing.

Yes. It does looks like a giant spider about to close in on your head!:) Impressive shot. You have framed it well. The light and shadows, colours and, composition have worked out well. Good luck!

Not sure about the spiders comment, but that aside the angle you chose for this works really well and looking up has given you a different perspective of this tree,a well taken photo...Brian

The choice to shoot the photo from below, looking up into the underside of the tree, creates a sense of height and depth, allowing the viewer to fully appreciate the intricate network of branches and leaves. The unique perspective also provides a fresh take on a common subject, making the photo stand out and captivate the viewer's attention.

From a technical perspective, the photo appears to have been captured with a good eye for composition, with the branches and leaves filling the frame in an aesthetically pleasing way. The lighting and exposure seem to be well-handled, adding depth and dimension to the scene.

A good looking image posted here into the competition! Your fine and full composition does, indeed, give the tree the look of a spider. Textures, colours and tones are good. Exposure and sharpness are good. Well done and good luck!

I really like the angle that you took this photo in, it really gives a tree a different perspective. I also like how the sun kind of makes it glow, well done.

This is really a neat view of this beautiful tree! I think it fits this contest very well. I have taken shots like this myself but have failed to find the perfect tree to get the same results you have here. The light was just right and the colors are very nice! I wish you well in this contest!
