I do love dahlia blooms which are so vibrant and varied in shape. Very different in black and white but works well. Focus is sharp and the clarity of the petals is good

This is beautiful. So much detail and beauty. Great designs and intricate petals weaving through and around each other. I am enjoying the black and white presentation very much. It allows the focus to really stand out on the textures and amazing natural beauty of the Dahlia. Wonderfully captured!

B&W was all I knew then. It is surprising the difference it makes to switch from color to make a dramatic photo like this. Well done!
