Very clever idea to place the toad next to the phony frog on the wood in the garden. I like the way the toad is trying to climb up onto the wood.
Well captured with good focus, this image is clear, exposure is correct, the colors and tones appear true and natural. I appreciate the variety of textures in this little scene.

This is a fun picture although I don't think that the frog is too impressed by his fake companion. The lighting is good and it all appears to be in focus so good luck with it

Very cute submission. Reminds me of duck decoys out on a lake. For a photo straight from the camera, it is well taken. The color of the frog from the toad helps to break up the scene a bit and draws your eye to the main focus. The toad. Nicely done, thanks for sharing!

yes a fun photo for sure think the p used in this is stretching the imagination a tad but i suppose it counts normanally it would be f for frog but there you go.my other thought would to have got lower with the camera making this a bit more dramatic rather than just standing over it and take a photo,just a tad more imagination could have made this much better...Brian

Hi brian, Didn't know myself if I should enter contest but thought I'd take a chance. I thought of just using the title "Phony" but this was a tricky situation. I like the angle I took this shot from but still appreciate your stepping into give advice. You might be absolutely right! In the long run I'm glad you thought this was a fun shot. If I got a smile than it was worth the post. Thanks for the great review and suggestion.

Looks like this frog have been around for years. I like toads, they are good for the garden, I wonder do frogs and toads get along?, I love the contrast in colours as well, cool photo for the contest
